1. Who is TIVORO?

TIVORO is a U.S.-based online store offering premium-quality ties designed to bring style and confidence to your look. We are dedicated to secure shopping, reliable service, and excellent customer support.

2. What products do you sell?

We specialize in ties of various designs, colors, and styles — perfect for both formal and casual occasions. All items are brand new and shipped directly to you.

3. What materials are used in your ties?

Our ties are made from carefully selected fabrics including silk, cotton blends, and high-quality microfiber. Each tie is designed for durability, comfort, and a polished finish.

4. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States. International delivery is not available at this time.

5. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is completely free on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

6. How long does delivery take?
  • Order Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM EST

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)

  • Transit Time: 8–10 business days (Mon–Fri)

  • Total Delivery Time: 9–12 business days

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

7. Do you offer order tracking?

Yes. A tracking link will be emailed to you within 48 hours of shipment so you can follow your package’s progress online.

8. Can I cancel or edit my order?
  • Before shipping: Yes, contact us right away to cancel or update your order.

  • After shipping: Orders can no longer be canceled, but you may return the item.

9. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any reason, whether the item is defective or simply unwanted.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging

  • Final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned

To request a return, email support@tivoro.online or call +1 (804) 314-9208. We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.

10. Do I pay for return shipping?

No — all return shipping is free.
A prepaid return label will be sent to you by email or included in your package. If you did not receive one, contact us for assistance.

11. Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge restocking fees.

12. How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Partial refunds may be applied if items are not returned in original condition (unless the error was ours).

13. What if my tie is defective or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, notify us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Please contact us at support@tivoro.online and we’ll investigate. If necessary, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
